VILLAS, NAROOMA

A sloping site of unusual boundary configuration for 24 single and two storey villas.

A range of simple repetitive house types developed for low cost retirement housing using a combination of tilt-up wall panels and framed upper floors and roof systems.

Stormwater, sewer, water and electrical services were located in common community areas to minimise the need for multiple easements.
